When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your dates, the room type, the number of guests and your message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your stay. We do not use them for marketing and do not share them with anyone else.

Where the details go and how long we keep them

Your enquiry is emailed to the hotel and stored on this website’s server. Enquiries stored on the website are deleted automatically after 12 months. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your booking.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The map uses OpenStreetMap, which does not set cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing mail@hotel-corali.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
